At Alpha BioMed, we stand behind the quality of our medical supplies and wellness products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Alpha BioMed account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original, unopened packaging, ensuring that the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our central distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned goods, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
